  2. Condition:
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products on sale, clearance, or marked as final sale.
    • Customized or tailored items.
    • Items with minor color variations due to photography or screen resolution.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Attach clear photographs of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.
  2. Approval:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
    • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.

Exchange Policy

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as above.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide a store credit or refund.
  • Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange unless the product is defective.

Refunds
